I’ve been sitting on this design (among others) for quite a while. This one was made through hand cutting and arranging a sheet of pink flowers, and hand drawing and cutting a flamingo silhouette. I pulled the finished design together in photoshop. It’s been snowing outside here in London for the last few days, but I think spring is on the way. It feels like a good time to release this flamingo into the wild.
If you like this design, it is available as a print and on other things at Redbubble here.
I finished off this design this week. Magpies made of moonlight flowers. I finished this one off by using the silhouette of the magpies I finished off earlier in the year as the as an outline to cut the moonlight flowers I completed a couple of weeks ago. All completed in photoshop.
So far I have it on a white background. What do you think? Would something darker be better?
Things with magpies on here at Redbubble.
So I entered another design to Threadless. Threadless have a rolling competition that you can enter your designs to and get the Threadless community to vote and comment on your stuff. It’s lots of fun, and helps other people get to see your stuff, which may help you build a following and possibly sell somethings. I entered the design below this time, which unfortunately is anatomically backwards, but never mind. This is the photoshopped, finished off collage of this piece here. I’ll write a blog soon about how I got there.
If you click on the link here it should take you through to my entry, where you could vote for it, if you wanted to.
You can buy my stuff here. If you wanted to. Just saying: Threadless Redbubble Society 6
